Shipping can be a real hassle, but here's what we can do to make things easier
We ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses. For orders shipped to a location outside of the U.S. or Canada, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
*Please note that we ship during normal business hours from Monday to Friday on regular business days. We are close on weekends and statutory holidays. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day.
We offer fast, reliable and affordable shipping options. All packages (except samples) are couriered using Canada Post. All packages are tracked. Samples are mailed by regular mail and may take up to 2 weeks.

All products are shipped from Canada.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions regarding your order please email us through our site and please include your order number in the subject of your email.
Out of stock items
Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified via email regarding the estimated time of arrival and the rest of your order will be processed. Your remaining order will ship when it becomes available at no extra charge.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are given in the case of mis- shipped items . As we offer samples of foundations we do not refund full products. Like most companies, we cannot afford to extend samples of pressed powders etc . so please make sure before you order. If an item is not shipped properly you can return the product and we will assume all costs .How to Refund / Exchange
1. fill out the return information . Please include the order number.
2. Please make a copy of your invoice and keep for your records.
3. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be mostly full. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.
4. Please ship the products to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund.
Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
